We are looking for a Visionary Builder – someone who can own the vision for an AI‑enhanced health platform in the morning and push the APEX or Omniscript code to make it real by the afternoon. You will own the RxJr platform, leveraging Salesforce Health Cloud as the foundation and AI optimization as the differentiator. You will work lockstep with our Product Team and Executives to turn our ambitious vision into a shipped reality, fast. System of Intelligence: Move beyond a "System of Record" by architecting the integration of LLMs within the Salesforce ecosystem to create a platform that thinks with our providers.

• "Deep Salesforce Development: Rapid prototyping, shipping MVPs, gathering feedback, and iterating immediately.
• Testing Culture: Implement a rigorous but fast automated testing framework while maintaining the user experience.
• Prioritize shipping value over bureaucracy.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years of deep Salesforce development and strong familiarity with Salesforce Health Cloud Authority.
• Experience or significant personal projects involving the integration of AI/LLMs into business workflows.
• S. citizens who are legally authorized to work in the United States; no visa sponsorship available.
