Supply Chain/ Procurement/ Buyer- Urgent Need

Compensation: $55,000 - $65,000 base, plus annual bonus

We design and deliver custom-engineered, end-to-end fiber connectivity solutions for the data centers, 5G networks, and AI infrastructure shaping the next decade, and our customers need them in weeks, not months. As a Buyer, you'll own the end-to-end purchasing process, from creating purchase orders to building strong supplier relationships. Your work directly shapes how smoothly our operations run and how cost-effectively we source the materials that power our fiber optic products.
Create, issue, and track purchase orders based on departmental needs, with accuracy in quantities, pricing, and delivery timelines
Review and process purchase requisitions from internal departments, confirming specifications before order placement
Maintain daily contact with suppliers to confirm orders, negotiate pricing, and keep on-time delivery commitments
Coordinate with warehouse and receiving teams to reconcile deliveries and address shortages or damages promptly
Have 1 to 3 years of purchasing, procurement, or supply chain experience (a plus, but not required)
Are familiar with ERP systems like NetSuite, SAP, or Oracle, with careful attention to detail
Communicate clearly in writing and verbally with vendors and cross-functional teammates
Are proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel for tracking and reporting
Work well across teams with warehouse, finance, and operations
