Family Therapist / Counselor - Homebuilders (Pierce County, WA)
The Institute for Family Development (IFD) is an international leader in providing services that keep children safe, strengthen families, and reduce out of home placement. We provide a range of in-home counseling services, including the HOMEBUILDERS model of Intensive Family Preservation Services, Functional Family Therapy, Parent-Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT), and more.

This is a non-exempt position that qualifies for overtime compensation

Graduate or undergraduate degree in social work, psychology, human services or related field.

Undergraduate candidates must have at least two years’ experience working with children and families.

Residence in Pierce County with periodic meetings in our Bremerton office.

Availability to work a flexible schedule to meet client needs (including some evenings and weekends).
