Accounting/Estimator

As an Estimator, you will play an instrumental role in ensuring accurate and timely cost-based estimates. including offset printing, digital printing, bindery and lettershop as well as a working knowledge of creative and digital estimating.

A professional-level understanding and proficiency across all aspects of direct mail including printing, lettershop operations, and the USPS DMM.

Collaborate with various departments and account teams to determine scope of work and agree to approach and timing of deliverables.

provide cost analyses, P&L job reporting, budget tracking and assist with other estimating or accounting-related projects as needed.

Create and submit purchase orders throughout project lifecycle.

7+ years’ direct mail estimating experience including knowledge of offset printing (web, sheet‑fed) inline finishing operations; litho, flexo and digital printing processes. 7+ years’ mailing services experience including lettershop services, postal operations, and mail logistics.

Extensive pre‑press and printing knowledge including variable data printing.

Knowledge of data list purchasing.

Expert in MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
