17 - $22 per hour
Security Duties:
Monitor and control facility access while directing visitors and contractors appropriately.
Conduct security rounds, lock/unlock facility doors, and maintain accurate records.
Escort residents, staff, and visitors to parking areas as needed.
Respond to incidents, emergencies, and urgent calls with professionalism.
Partner with local authorities when necessary and ensure public areas remain safe and clean
.
Collaborate on snow removal and ice melt application during winter months.
Report property damage and mechanical/electrical issues to supervisors promptly.
Ensure familiarity with fire safety systems, including alarm panels and extinguishers.
Full-Time: Monday - Friday 7:00am - 3:00pm
PRN: This PRN (Pro Re Nata) position is scheduled on an as-needed basis to provide support during call-offs, vacations, and other coverage needs. Hours are not guaranteed, scheduling is flexible and based on availability and facility needs.

High school diploma or GED with six months of related security or maintenance experience, or an equivalent combination of education and training.
