Business Operations Manager | Real Estate & Property Management
The Joan Pratt Group is seeking an experienced Business Operations Manager to help lead the operational side of our growing real estate and property management business. This is a flexible full‑time or part‑time opportunity for a highly organized, proactive professional who enjoys improving systems, solving problems, managing multiple priorities, and helping a business operate at its highest level.

This is not a traditional administrative role. We’re looking for someone who can think strategically while also rolling up their sleeves to execute. As our Business Operations Manager, you’ll work closely with leadership to strengthen day‑to‑day operations, improve workflows, support real estate and property management operations, coordinate business initiatives, and help drive organizational excellence.

The ideal candidate thrives in a fast‑paced environment, takes ownership, anticipates needs, and enjoys bringing order to complexity. You’ll help improve business processes, create operational efficiencies, manage projects, coordinate vendors and events, support technology initiatives, and ensure important priorities stay on track.
