Shift / Schedule: Days / CST - 6:30 AM - 8:00 PM availability, 8-10 hour shifts (Monday-Friday)
Overtime: Overtime eligible

The Patient Services Representative III - Floater (PSR III) represents the face of the company to patients who come in, both as part of their health routine or for insights into life-defining health decisions. The PSR III draws quality blood samples from patients and prepares those specimens for lab testing while following established practices and procedures. The PSR III has direct contact with patients and creates an atmosphere of trust and confidence while explaining procedures to patients and drawing blood specimens in a skillful, safe, and accurate manner. The PSR III will demonstrate Leadership Behaviors while focusing on process excellence skills and sensitivity to confidentiality and accuracy to patient information. Successful applicants may be assigned to a doctor's office, a patient service center, or as business needs dictate.
Performs with confidence, both the forensic and clinical specimen collection and processing duties following established practices and procedures. Provide quality, error-free work in a fast-paced environment.
Work independently with minimal on-site supervision.
Perform phlebotomy duties including pediatric and geriatric collections.
Maintain flexible availability based on staffing needs, including weekends, holidays, on-call, and overtime.
Adhere to all Policies & Procedures including company dress code, Employee Health & Safety, and Everyday Excellence Guiding Principles.
Travel and work flexible hours to cover multiple locations and Patient Service Center / In-Office Phlebotomy locations with minimal notice.
Demonstrate Superior Customer Focus; Note: Training locations may vary based on trainer availability.
Excellent phlebotomy skills, including pediatric and geriatric collections
Ability to provide quality, error-free work in a fast-paced environment
Ability to work independently with minimal on-site supervision
Flexible availability including weekends, holidays, on-call, and overtime

Superior Customer Focus; Keyboard / data entry experience
Three years of phlebotomy experience required, inclusive of pediatric, geriatric, and capillary collections

Customer service experience in a retail or service environment preferred
High school diploma or equivalent - REQUIRED
Medical training: medical assistant or paramedic training preferred
Phlebotomy certification preferred; Medical, Vision, and Dental Insurance Plans
