Job Overview: The Warehouse Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of warehouse operations, including inventory management, order fulfillment, shipping/receiving, staffing, and safety compliance. This position plays a key leadership role in driving operational efficiency, ensuring accuracy and quality, and maintaining a safe and organized work environment. Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, shipping, and inventory control.

Supervise and coordinate the activities of warehouse staff to ensure productivity and accuracy.

Develop, implement, and maintain operational policies and procedures to maximize efficiency.

Ensure all materials, products, and inventory are handled and stored properly to maintain quality standards.

Monitor and manage inventory levels; coordinate with procurement and production teams to ensure timely availability of materials.

Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and report on operational metrics such as accuracy, efficiency, and on-time delivery.

Ensure all equipment is properly maintained and that preventive maintenance schedules are followed.

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment in compliance with OSHA and company standards.

Partner with leadership to forecast operational needs and develop process improvements.

Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth workflow and customer satisfaction.

Proficient in warehouse management systems (WMS), inventory control software, and Microsoft Office Suite.

Thorough understanding of warehouse safety procedures and regulations.

Hands-on, proactive approach to daily operations.

Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field preferred (or equivalent work experience).

Minimum 5–7 years of progressive experience in warehouse management or logistics operations.

Demonstrated success leading teams of 10+ in a production, warehouse, or distribution setting.

Experience implementing process improvements and performance metrics (Lean or Six Sigma experience a plus).

Prolonged periods of standing, walking, or working on warehouse floor.

May require occasional travel between facilities or to vendor locations.
