Try new things, learn new skills and discover what you excel at—all from Day One.In this leadership role, you will oversee ETF exchange listing and reporting requirements, lead daily production of critical ETF files, and serve as the primary contact for clients during ETF launches. You'll partner with issuers, market makers, authorized participants, exchanges, and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless fund operations while guiding and developing a team of ETF Operations Specialists. Ideal candidates bring deep expertise in ETF operations, basket production, NSCC file creation, trade settlement, and the ETF create/redeem process, along with a strong understanding of capital markets and exchange listing requirements.Oversees exchange listing documents, coordinates reporting needs for new Exchange Traded Funds(ETF), oversees daily production of required ETF files and serves as liaison to internal and external stakeholders.Works with senior level Operations Specialists on keeping abreast of industry updates and answering any operational questions that arise for all ETF clients.Responsible for primary contact with fund clients during ETF launches and communication of daily ETF operations to clients and other business lines within Global Fund Services. Serves as a subject matter expert on the ETF ecosystem for internal and external stakeholders.Basic Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent work experienceTypically five or more years of relevant experiencePreferred Skills/Experience:Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or related field 5+ years of experience directly related to ETF Operations; basket production, client onboarding or trade settlementExperience creating NSCC PCF and Order filesWorking knowledge of NSCC eligibility requirements, capital markets and exchange listing rulesUnderstanding of ETF create/redeem processExperience working directly with issuers, market makers, authorized participants and sub advisorsGeneral knowledge and understanding of legal, regulatory and accounting principles which directly affect the ETF industry and their clients Experience managing multiple tasks/projects and deadlines simultaneously Good verbal and written communication skills Proficient computer skills, especially Microsoft Office applicationsIf there’s anything we can do to accommodate a disability during any portion of the application or hiring process, please refer to our disability accommodations for applicants.
