This role includes replenishing supplies, preparing garnishes, and keeping the bar organized to enhance guest satisfaction. Looking primarily to have shifts covered Friday, Saturday and Sundays.Essential Functions and Duties:* Assist bartenders by restocking all bar supplies, including liquor, mixers, and glassware.* Maintain cleanliness of the bar area, including wiping down surfaces and washing bar tools and equipment.* Prepare garnishes and ensure they are fresh and readily available for bartenders.* Keep ice bins stocked and assist with beverage preparation during peak hours.* Remove and dispose of trash and empty bottles as needed throughout the shift.* Ensure all beverage storage areas are well-organized and properly stocked.* Assist with setting up and breaking down the bar for service.* Monitor inventory levels and report any shortages to the Bar Manager or Supervisor.* Respond to bartender requests quickly and efficiently to ensure uninterrupted service.Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable qualified individuals with disabilities to perform the essential duties.Required Experience, Education, and Skills:* Previous experience in a bar or restaurant environment is preferred.* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.* Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.* Basic knowledge of bar operations and beverage preparation.Work Environment:* Primarily an indoor role with exposure to a fast-paced bar environment.* Frequent standing and walking required throughout the shift.* Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs and perform repetitive physical tasks, such as stocking and cleaning.* Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays as required.Other Duties:Please note this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties, or responsibilities that are required of the team member for this job.
