Senior Recruiter - Full-Time

This position will be responsible for developing and executing a strategy to identify and attract top talent to our organization, including a near-term focus on nationwide recruiting. The ideal candidate will have a passion for building relationships with candidates and stakeholders and will have experience with full life-cycle recruitment processes.

TYPE: Full-time, Regular.

Collaborate with Hiring Managers to develop job descriptions, interview criteria, and hiring plans.

Full life cycle recruiting for Southern California Corporate Headquarters with support across Texas, and additional future DrinkPak Sites.

Building and maintaining critical relationships with each department leader, including handling intake meetings with hiring managers to assess skill.

Optimize and utilize current Applicant Tracking Software (Workday), including job posting and promotion, and candidate management, ensuring data integrity.

Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates through proactive sourcing and networking efforts.

Ensure compliance with federal, states and local employment laws and regulations, DrinkPAK safety rules and other policies and procedures, and promote safety-first culture and adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices.

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of relevant education and work experience that will allow successful job performance.

At least 5 years of experience and proven success as a Full Life-Cycle Recruiter.

Experience in the Food & Beverage industry is a plus.

Bilingual (English & Spanish) preferred but not required.

Willingness to learn the business and various roles to build strong working relationships with hiring managers and develop a strong sales pitch to attract top talent.

Effective interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential information.
