Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Full-Time

Starting at $29$30/hour + Shift Differentials Greenville, SC

Hiring for 8 hour shifts:

• 2nd Shift - 3pm-11pm
• 3rd Shift - 11pm-7am

We are seeking compassionate and dependable Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our nursing team. In this role, you will provide direct resident care, administer medications and treatments, monitor resident conditions, and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure the highest quality outcomes for our residents.

Provide direct nursing care in accordance with physician orders and individualized care plans

Monitor residents' conditions and report changes promptly to appropriate clinical staff

Supervise and support Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs)

Communicate effectively with residents, families, physicians, and interdisciplinary team members

Respond to resident needs, concerns, and emergencies appropriately

Promote resident dignity, comfort, and quality of life

Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and facility regulations

Current, unrestricted LPN license in South Carolina

Must remain in good standing with the South Carolina Board of Nursing

Experience in skilled nursing or long-term care preferred
