Start Date: January 2026
Contract Length: 3-6 months to start with, potential for extension
patients from 8a-4:30p) 4 shifts per week is also possible
There is support staff (practice manager, front office supervisor, medical assistants, patient care associates, etc.
Facility Type: Out-Patient Clinic, Primary Care
Charting Software: Epic
Patient Age Group: Adults
Unrestricted CA medical license
Required: Must have at least 2 years of outpatient primary care experience
Required: Outpatient Epic experience
