Warehouse Operator
Pay Rate: $20.35 per hour

~2nd Shift: 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM

We are seeking reliable and safety-focused Warehouse Operators to join our team in Inver Grove Heights, MN. This position is responsible for supporting warehouse and production operations through material handling, inventory management, shipping and receiving activities, and equipment operation. Candidates should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and committed to maintaining high safety and quality standards.
Operate forklifts and other material-handling equipment safely and efficiently
Pick customer orders and receive incoming inventory
Package lubricant products and materials according to specifications
Load, unload, and move products throughout the warehouse
Complete shipping and receiving documentation accurately
Enter inventory and operational data into computer systems
Assist with production line operations and equipment monitoring
Operate pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment as needed
Perform additional warehouse and production duties as assigned
Previous warehouse, production, or operations experience preferred
Forklift operation experience required or ability to obtain certification
Ability to lift, move, and handle materials throughout an entire shift
Strong attention to safety, quality, and detail
Basic computer skills for inventory tracking and data entry
