Full-Time Receptionist (Automotive Service)

Front-Desk Receptionist
We are looking for a Front-Desk Receptionist to join our growing team! The day-to-day duties in this role include answering dealership group phones, greeting customers, and assisting in scheduling sale appointments.
Full-Time 35+ hours consistently available on a set schedule!
Work Shift Information:
Weekdays 10am-6pm during the week with alternating Saturdays.
Saturdays 11:00-6:00
Last Sunday of the month 11:00-5:00

Answer dealership group phones
Greet and receive prospects and customers
Direct customers to the correct department, notify the appropriate person that a customer is waiting, and introduce the customer to the salesperson
Work cooperatively with the sales team
Type memos, correspondence, reports, and other documents
Complete dealership related invoice payment transaction properly and accurately
