BCBA needed for a Full Time Position

Job Description ICAN is seeking a full time BCBA to join our multidisciplinary team. We are looking for someone who is passionate about providing services to neurodiverse youth and excited to work in a collaborative environment.

Maintenance of standard BCBA responsibilities related to case management - caseload of approximately 8-10 clients
Implement neurodiversity affirming and compassionate ABA therapeutic techniques
Maintain clinical and administrative records in accordance with professional standards and HIPAA guidelines
Provide parent training and engage in multidisciplinary collaboration with speech therapists, occupational therapists, physical therapists, and psychologists
Current Certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst
Minimum of 1 year of experience working with children with autism spectrum and related disorders, required experience in ABA
Direct experience implementing ABA methodologies to children with autism
