Job Title: Copywriter - User Manuals & Documentation
Gina Group is an industry-leading wholesale fashion apparel and accessories company specializing in design, manufacturing, and distribution to retail markets. Categories include footwear, hosiery, cold weather, handbags, small leather goods, tech accessories, home goods, and more across a multitude of national brands. Gina has been supplying retail markets with kids, juniors, misses, and men's products for over 35 years and continues to keep pace with the ever-changing retail landscape. We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Copywriter to develop, edit, and maintain user manuals and product documentation. This role is ideal for someone who excels at translating complex information into clear, user-friendly content that enhances the customer experience.
Review, Re-write, edit, and proofread user manuals, instruction guides, and supporting documentation
Translating manuals to multilingual as needed
Translate technical concepts into clear, concise, and easy-to-understand language
Organize and structure content for usability and accessibility
Develop visual aids (charts, diagrams, screenshots) in partnership with design teams when needed
Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Technical Writing, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3-5 yrs of experience in copywriting, technical writing, or documentation development
- Microsoft Word, Google Docs, Confluence, MadCap Flare, or similar)
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
Experience writing user manuals or product documentation
Basic understanding of UX writing principles
Experience with visual documentation tools or basic graphic editing
Hybrid work schedule (4 days onsite; 1 day work from home) & early Fridays
