Medical Receptionist - Full Time Days

Responsibilities:

Greet and assist patients to complete all necessary forms and documentation including medical insurance.
Ensure patient information is accurate including billing information.
Answer incoming calls and deal with inquiries.
Schedule patient appointments.
Collect co-pays and payments.
Deal with incoming and outgoing post.
Complete other clerical duties as assigned.
Ensure reception area is well maintained, neat and clean.
Safeguard patient privacy and confidentiality.
Education and Experience

Required: High School Diploma or GED or equivalent combination of work experience
Required: 1 year of experience as a receptionist.
Preferred: 1 year of experience in a health care environment
Required: Meet all Employee Health Requirement
