Experienced Welders WantedA local company in the Russellville area is looking for experienced welders!Hours: 4:30 PM - 3 AM (OT required)Pay: $22 + depending on weld test/experienceJob Duties:Perform MIG and TIG welding on structural steel and custom fabrication projects.Read and interpret blueprints, shop drawings, and weld specifications.Fabricate, fit, and assemble structural steel, handrails, stairs, platforms, and other custom metal products.Operate fabrication equipment including grinders, cutting torches, saws, drill presses, and other shop tools.Measure, cut, and prepare materials to meet project specifications.Inspect completed welds for quality, accuracy, and structural integrity.Safely operate forklifts, overhead cranes, and other material-handling equipment as needed.Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-focused work environment.Follow all company safety policies and quality standards.Requirements:Previous MIG and TIG welding experience required.Experience with structural steel fabrication preferred.Ability to read blueprints and use measuring tools accurately.Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a fabrication shop environment.Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality workmanship.Ability to meet prescreening requirements per company policy.
