The Greens at Hendersonville is seeking compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) and Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our Weekend Warrior Program .

As a Weekend Warrior LPN/RN , you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care by:

Providing direct nursing care in accordance with individualized care plans
Administering medications, treatments, and physician orders
Supervising and supporting Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) during daily clinical operations
Leading shift operations to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality resident care
Monitoring resident conditions and communicating changes to physicians and the interdisciplinary care team
Ensuring compliance with state, federal, and facility regulations
Serving as a clinical leader and resource for your nursing team
Active, unrestricted North Carolina LPN or RN License
Long-Term Care or Skilled Nursing experience preferred
Compassionate, dependable, and resident-focused
Additional $3/Hour Weekend Differential
