We are seeking one Full-time Nurse to provide exceptional, person-centered care in a supportive, respectful environment.
LPN: $31.21 - $35.45 per hour
Provide high-quality nursing care to residents in a memory care and long-term care setting
Monitor residents’ health, administer medications, and collaborate with the care team
Support residents’ physical, emotional, and social well-being
Document care accurately and maintain compliance with all regulations
Active LPN license in Indiana
Experience in Memory Care/Alzheimer’s care a plus
