RN ICU Nights Weekends

Registered Nurse (RN) - Burn ICU

This is a 13-week contract position.

Night shift, 3x12 hours (19:00 - 07:30). Weekend coverage required every other weekend, with some flexibility expected.

The Registered Nurse (RN) will provide specialized care in the Burn ICU, working with high-acuity patients alongside a dedicated clinical team. The RN will be responsible for managing patient care, interpreting and managing dysrhythmias, and participating in critical care procedures.

Deliver direct patient care in a high-acuity Burn ICU setting.

Monitor and assess patient conditions closely, managing dysrhythmias and ventilated patients.

Administer medication and manage continuous IV sedation.

Assist with and participate in clinical procedures relevant to burn and trauma care.

Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive patient care.

Prepare and maintain accurate patient records using Epic charting system.

Minimum of 2 years nursing experience required.

Active RN license required.

Certifications: ACLS, VLS, and telemetry proficiency are required.

Experience with adult populations is mandatory; candidates with only PICU experience will be redirected.

Proficiency in the interpretation and management of dysrhythmias is essential.
