Role Overview As part of Finastra’s AI COE, we are seeking Product Owners to lead delivery pods, partnering directly with product teams to embed AI capabilities into LaserPro.

Facilitate sprint planning, backlog refinement, and other agile ceremonies to ensure team alignment and productivity

Serve as the primary liaison between the AI COE and Lending product stakeholders

Monitor and communicate delivery progress, risks, and dependencies to stakeholders

Define success metrics and KPIs to measure the impact of AI capabilities on product performance

Drive continuous improvement in delivery processes and team performance

Proven experience leading agile delivery teams and managing product backlogs

Expertise in agile methodologies including Scrum, Kanban, or similar frameworks
