Job Description Brooks Rehabilitation is seeking a skilled and compassionate Hand Occupational Therapist to join our Outpatient team. This role is ideal for professionals who are dedicated to providing high-quality patient care in a dynamic, patient-centered environment. Location: 9 Pine Cone Dr #104b, Palm Coast, FL 32137

Hours: Part-Time; M/W/F 8A-5P

Compensation: Experience, education and tenure may be considered along with internal equity when job offers are extended.

Responsibilities:

Complete the new patient evaluation, establish customized treatment plans and patient goals, and participate in the implementation of patient care programs

Deliver and manage high quality patient care for multiple diagnoses

Maintain a positive patient experience through patient engagement and progressive treatment

Effectively communicate skills both verbally and in writing

Promote evidence based patient care

Qualifications:

Current OT license in state of Florida

Current hands-on CPR/BLS Certification

Experience preferred, will consider a new grad

Knowledge of federal and state professional requirements
