As a Security Officer Healthcare Lobby in West Palm Beach, FL, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Healthcare, and more. Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer in a healthcare location, where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter security‑related incidents, and deliver outstanding customer service and communication. Provide customer service to patients, visitors, and staff by carrying out security‑related procedures, site‑specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities within a healthcare location.

Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, documenting observations and communicating with site contacts and/or local responders as needed.

Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help deter unauthorized activity and report unusual conditions.

Monitor entrances, lobbies, and restricted areas, verify access as directed by site policies, and assist with visitor directions and general support.

Support daily operations by reporting hazards, maintenance concerns, and policy violations, and by completing required logs, reports, and other security‑related documentation.

Hospital positions require proof of required vaccinations.

Proof of a high school diploma or GED is required by the client.

Applicants must be able to restrain individuals in a hospital environment.

A state, county, or city issued security‑related license is preferred.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
