Maintenance Administrator

Logoplaste is currently seeking to hire a Maintenance Administrator, to join the plant team in Inwood, WV (USA).

The Maintenance Administrator provides administrative and operational support to the Maintenance Department. This role is responsible for coordinating work orders, maintaining records, tracking vendor services, managing documentation, and ensuring efficient communication between maintenance staff, vendors, and internal departments. Create, track, and close work orders in the maintenance management system

Schedule preventive and corrective maintenance activities

Coordinate with vendors and contractors for service appointments and follow-ups

Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, inspections, warranties, and compliance documentation

Monitor inventory of maintenance supplies and equipment; Prepare reports on maintenance performance, costs, and outstanding work orders

Respond to maintenance-related inquiries from staff and escalate issues as appropriate

Ensure documentation is compliant with company policies and safety regulations

Support audits and inspections by organizing required documentation

High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred

• 2+ years of administrative experience (maintenance, facilities, or property management experience preferred)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Experience with a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) preferred
