Associate Managing Counsel

Job Description The Associate Counsel will advise trust officers and other administrative staff regarding trust administration, undertake legal research and document drafting, perform various legal reviews and analyses, and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.

Collaborate with senior legal staff on day-to-day matters and long-term projects.
Draft and perform legal reviews and analyses regarding trust and estate planning documents.
Work closely with trust officers to address trust-related issues, providing guidance on trust services that aligns with clients’ estate planning and wealth transfer goals.
Maintain compliance with all regulatory requirements and ethical standards associated with wealth management and trust activities.
Stay abreast of relevant laws and regulations.

Highly Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.), and Adobe Acrobat
Ability to think critically and reason with respect to business, financial and organizational matters
