Old Hickory, a leading manufacturer of commercial kitchen equipment, is seeking a CNC Machine Operator to join our growing production team. We proudly build all our products in-house using precision equipment, and we're looking for someone with hands-on experience to help us maintain our high-quality standards.

Operate and maintain Amada CNC machines (primarily punch press and brake press).

Load materials and monitor machine performance throughout the production cycle.

Inspect finished parts using measuring tools to ensure they meet quality requirements.

1–3 years of hands-on experience operating CNC machinery (preferably Amada).

Ability to read and understand mechanical drawings and part diagrams.

Company Description Hickory Industries Inc. stands proudly as the world's largest and most established manufacturer of commercial rotisseries, churrasco grills, and display warmers in the food service and retail sectors. With an impressive portfolio of over 57 models available in both gas and electric variants, we cater to a diverse range of clients, from small local eateries to major national chains.

Under his leadership, we expanded our offerings to include not only rotisseries and warmers but also high-quality stainless steel work tables. Since August 1994, we have been operating from our spacious 46,000-square-foot facility located in North Bergen, New Jersey.

In October 1978, a new corporation was formed to acquire the assets and name of the old corporation. In 2017, the company saw a significant turning point when Ayman Megala, an Egyptian-American with extensive experience in the food service industry, acquired Hickory Industries. Ayman, having previously worked alongside Maroti in a prominent US-based quick food service company, assumed the role of owner-operator, leveraging his over 20 years of expertise to drive the company's growth and success.

Tragically, Ayman's untimely passing in 2021 due to COVID-19 brought forth new challenges. As proud owner of a women and minority-led business, Michelle is committed to ensuring that Old Hickory maintains its legacy of manufacturing exceptional products that meet and exceed customer expectations.
