Devereux is one of the largest and most advanced behavioral health‑care organizations in the country. Devereux California is a therapeutic behavioral health treatment facility offering residential services, community living, day programs, and clinical services for adults with multiple diagnoses, including autistic spectrum disorders, emotional, and/or behavioral differences, intellectual and developmental disabilities, dementia and other cognitive disorders in Santa Barbara County. The Program Manager is responsible for developing and monitoring treatment plans of individuals served, interacting with families and regulatory/funding agencies, managing the program budget, staff scheduling and performance management, and participating in and leading treatment planning meetings.

Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and relevant leadership experience in a residential, day program, and/or community program setting serving individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities. A minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience in a residential, day program, and/or community program setting serving individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities.
