Job Physical Therapist

Schedule Full-Time, Mon- Fri

Compensation $70,000–$90,000 + productivity incentives that reward your patient care access

Up to $25,000, tax free!

About The Role As a Physical Therapist, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional care and rehabilitation services to patients, helping them regain mobility, manage pain, and improve their quality of life. Your expertise will contribute to our commitment to delivering personalized and effective therapy programs.

Implement and administer therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and other interventions to improve patients' mobility, strength, flexibility, and function based on each individual patient’s need.

Monitor and document patients' progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to achieve optimal outcomes.

Educate patients and their families about therapy procedures, home exercises, and injury prevention techniques.

Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals, to ensure comprehensive patient care.

Stay updated on advancements in physical therapy techniques, technologies, and best practices, integrating them into clinical practice as appropriate.

Meet the needs of having patients execute Plan of Care and (but not limited) following up with patients if noncompliance occurs.

Delegate and use a Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) when applicable.

Participate in helping to drive a collaborative culture based on our service vision.

Adhere to ethical and professional standards, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.

Perform comprehensive patient assessments to determine therapy needs and establish treatment goals.

Skills & Qualifications Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist

Doctorate or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program

Strong clinical skills with experience in orthopedic, neurological, or geriatric physical therapy (preferred)

Proficient computer skills for documentation and record-keeping purposes
