How You'll Make An Impact In This Role
Provide spiritual and emotional care to patients, families, staff, and community members of diverse backgrounds.
Assess, deliver, and document pastoral care, including prayer, blessings, and spiritual support.
Guide ethical decision-making and collaborate with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
Support and implement spiritual care programs and ministry initiatives.
What Minimum Requirements You'll Need
Education:
~ Bachelor's degree required. Master's degree in Theology, Religious Studies, Human Behavior or a related field preferred. 1 unit of Clinical Pastoral Education accredited by the ACPE required. 2 units of Clinical Pastoral Education accredited by the ACPE preferred.

Work Experience:
~2 years of healthcare experience is preferred.
