Industrial Painters ( Aerial / Boom Lift Construction Painter)

We are seeking experienced Industrial Painters for a short-term, 2-week project. This position will primarily focus on the preparation and painting of industrial piping systems. Work will be performed both in the field on larger structures and at an offsite fabrication/shop location painting smaller pipe assemblies and components.

Prepare piping surfaces for coating by cleaning, sanding, grinding, wire brushing, and other approved surface-preparation methods.

Apply primers, paint, and industrial coatings to high elevations while strictly following site safety rules

Apply industrial primers, epoxies, and finish coatings to carbon steel and other piping systems.

Operate spray equipment, brushes, and rollers to achieve quality coating finishes.

Perform touch-up painting and coating repairs as needed.

Verify proper coating coverage and maintain quality standards throughout the project.

Follow project specifications and coating manufacturer requirements.

Maintain painting equipment and work areas in a clean and safe condition.

Adhere to all site-specific safety rules, OSHA regulations, and PPE requirements.

Minimum 2 years of industrial painting experience preferred.

Experience painting industrial piping, structural steel, equipment, or similar industrial components.

Knowledge of industrial coatings, surface preparation techniques, and coating application methods.

Experience using airless spray equipment preferred.

Ability to work both indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions.

Reliable transportation and ability to report to both field and offsite work locations as assigned.

Project Details

Scope: Industrial piping painting and coating application

Work Environment: Combination of field work and offsite/shop painting of smaller piping assemblies

Overtime may be available based on project needs

Candidates must be dependable, safety-minded, and capable of producing quality work in a fast-paced industrial environment.
