This is a remote position; Some travel is required.Provide overall leadership for ERP/SIS projectsTrack and report on project budgetEstablish a project plan that is suitable for the size and scope of each assigned projectSchedule and manage SIG resources assigned to projects; collaborate with the Resource ManagerWork with the client to ensure appropriate client resources are assigned to the project; manage all implementation teamsProvide advisory services to support change management for the organizationTrack project progress and provide regular status reports to project sponsors and other executives as appropriateEscalate project issues and identify potential setbacks on timeWork with the client to develop a risk management planRequired QualificationsFive+ years of project management experience withinHigher Education is a mustExperience with SaaS implementation is a must-haveExperience managing the development and implementation of software enhancements, maintenance programs, and new releases of these productsExceptional written, oral communication, and critical thinking skillsExperience in effectively communicating and reporting at the executive levelExperience using project management tools such as Smartsheet to plan and track large, complex projectsAbility to organize and lead multiple projects for more than one client simultaneouslyProven experience serving as a project lead and motivating teams to actionExperience with Ellucian Banner, Colleague, or other ERP and Student Information SystemsAbility to travel to client campuses on occasion (up to 25%)Preferred QualificationsPrevious Consulting experience is preferredIdeal candidates will hold a PMP certificationPay and BenefitsThe salary range is $90,000 -$115,000 + annual bonusHealth, Vision, Dental & Life InsuranceShort & Long Term DisabilityPaid Parental Leave3 Weeks Vacation, Sick Leave & 10 Paid Holidays401(K) with a 5% Employer ContributionPet InsuranceProfessional Development opportunitiesRemote workThe listed salary range for this position is indicative and subject to adjustment based on the candidate's unique skills and location.
