Competitive hourly wagesBenefits, 401(k) and Paid Time Off for eligible teammatesAssignments that match your geographic locationOngoing educational trainingSupervision and support by clinical teamTeam member recognition & awardsEmployee Assistance Program that includes great discount programs and employee support!!Job SummaryPersonal Care Aides are responsible for providing, restoring, maintaining, and promoting the health status of the clients through home support, medical monitoring, client transportation services, and assistance with activities of daily living. and always working to enhance the health and happiness of the people we serve and those who care for them.At least 18 years of age for positions not requiring any driving for clientsAt least 21 yrs of age for any positions requiring driving/running errands for clientsCurrent Home Health Aid and/or C.Valid Driver's license and reliable transportation and proof of vehicle registration and insurance are requiredMinimum one-year full-time equivalent experience in a health care setting preferred.Prior experience working seniors and/or adults with special needs preferred.Able to work a flexible schedule.able to stand for an extended period while providing physical assistance to members.Successful results of background check, and where applicable, additional state-specific regulatory requirements.Job ResponsibilitiesProvides support and assistance for members with activities of daily living and personal care as needed (e.g. arrival and departure, eating, ambulation, transferring, therapies, rest room assistance, etc.).Provide home support and assists in maintaining a healthy environment by performing the following duties (i.e: light cleaning, laundry, shopping and home safety).Prepare and serve meals and snacks and clear tables; Run errands as needed (i.e. shopping for food, personal items, meet and/or take to appointments)Ensure the safety of members by monitoring activities, keeping a sanitary, clutter-free environment.Communicate in a positive, courteous and professional manner with members and their families, co-workers, referral agencies, and the community at large.Comply with company policies and procedures, safety and regulatory laws and standards.
