Bank Loan Processor
MidFirst Bank
Under general supervision, the Business Express Loan Processor is responsible for reviewing approved small business loan applications and processing conditions as received from the Loan Officer. As part of the process, individuals will be responsible for reporting and analysis, communication with loan officers, monitoring of condition fulfillment, and some degree of post-closing duties such as funding advances.
Manages condition/stipulation fulfillment.
Orders and reviews requests through vendors and related inter-company groups that may include appraisals, environmental reviews, title work, etc.
Prepares closing package and requests closing documents.
Solid PC and Microsoft Word and Excel skills are a must.
A Bachelor's degree is preferred, but not required.
Education Bachelors (preferred)
