Must-Have: OR charge RN experience, availability for weekend night shifts (Friday to Sunday, 7 PM - 7 AM). Scrubs will be provided.
Description:
The RN Charge Nurse is responsible for overseeing nursing staff and patient care during assigned shifts.
Core responsibilities include performing other duties as assigned and ensuring compliance with all policies and standards of conduct.
All required certifications must be obtained upon hire unless otherwise stated.
Candidates must possess a nursing degree (Associate's, Diploma, or Bachelor's preferred).
Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certifications are required.
The RN Charge Nurse will work closely with the healthcare team to deliver high-quality patient care.
Strong leadership and communication skills are essential for this position.
