Head of Finance (Full-Time)

Greenspring Village by Erickson Senior Living We are seeking a Director of Finance for Greenspring, our premier community in Springfield, VA, home to more than 1,900 residents. This role is both strategic and hands-on—responsible for ensuring financial excellence while partnering with operational leaders to drive performance, mitigate risk, and support long-term success. Provide strategic financial leadership and oversight for the community

• Establish and maintain strong accounting controls and efficient financial processes
• Lead the analysis and interpretation of financial results , identifying trends, risks, and opportunities
• Partner with operations to support business decisions and financial performance
• Collaborate with internal audit and compliance teams to ensure regulatory alignment
• Identify and help mitigate business and enterprise risks
• Develop and implement policies and procedures that support effective financial operations
• Coach, develop, and mentor accounting staff , fostering a culture of growth and continuous learning

Compensation: $135,000 -$150,000 per year, plus eligibility for annual bonus

This position is onsite full time and does not offer a hybrid schedule. Greenspring is a beautiful 58-acre continuing care retirement community in Springfield, Virginia.
