Full or Part Time Physiotherapist

InHome Therapy is hiring a licensed Physical Therapist (PT) to serve adult and geriatric patients in their homes in and around Tyler. You will spend your days helping patients restore strength, balance, and mobility—so they can move safely, prevent falls, and confidently navigate their homes and communities. Deliver in‑home physical therapy services to adult and geriatric patients in their homes

Implement effective rehabilitation and therapeutic exercise programs

Maintain accurate and timely home health care documentation per Medicare and agency standards

Compensation is based on experience, qualifications, and internal equity.

To support your transition into home health, we offer guaranteed base pay for your first 12 weeks while you build your caseload—so you can focus on your patients without financial uncertainty during ramp‑up.

Active physical therapy (PT) license in good standing

Basic comfort with technology—email, texting, EMR systems (training provided)

Some full‑time roles are eligible for medical benefits only; others are eligible for both medical benefits and PTO. Additional offerings may include dental, vision, life and disability coverage, voluntary supplemental insurance options, and a company‑paid Employee Assistance Program (EAP).
