Restaurant Server Part Time (Weekend Flex Scheduling)

We are a new premier fondue restaurant located in New Haven, CT. Our mission is to provide the Perfect Night Out for our guests and a positive work environment for our team members. We are looking for both full- and part-time bartender/server positions. Must have a passion for providing exceptional food and beverages in a fun, polished casual restaurant.

Bartenders/servers will create memorable guest experiences by making great food and beverage recommendations and serving delicious food. Make food and drink recommendations to guests and answer all menu- and service-related questions.
Complete side work and other responsibilities during and after your shift
Goes above and beyond in helping coworkers achieve the ultimate goal of giving each guest a perfect night out
Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring compliance with food safety regulations.
Engage with customers to provide recommendations and answer questions about drink selections.
Collaborate with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure smooth service during busy periods.
Handle cash register transactions accurately and efficiently.
Monitor inventory levels of bar supplies and assist in ordering as needed.
Uphold high standards of customer service while creating a welcoming atmosphere for guests.
Knowledge of craft cocktails, craft beers, and wine required
Desire to go above and beyond for all guests creating the Perfect Night Out
Must have Food and Beverage Handlers Certificates
