Flexible schedule, compassionate care! As a CNA at PASCO/SW Home Health & Hospice, you'll provide essential hands-on support to patients and families, ensuring comfort, dignity, and quality of life. Flexible scheduling to fit your lifestyle
Provide personal care, including bathing, grooming, oral hygiene, shampoos, and changing bed linens
Perform range of motion exercises and simple therapy procedures as instructed
Provide respite care for family/caregivers when appropriate
Participate in care planning, team meetings, and quality improvement activities
Current CNA certification and successful completion of state-approved training and competency evaluation
Ability to read and follow written instructions and document the care provided
Comfortable providing specialized care to terminally ill patients, understands hospice philosophy
Valid driver's license, automobile insurance, and reliable transportation for agency-related travel
Creative and fresh thinking in your work, regardless of your role
