Pathways Healthcare in Kingston, PA seeks an in-home care nurse for a part-time weekend schedule. The role includes preventive and rehabilitative nursing procedures, medication administration, and revising plans of care as patient needs change.
We value collaboration with physicians, NPs, and the care team to deliver strong plans of care for each patient. The ideal candidate has 2+ years’ nursing experience (geriatrics preferred), an accredited nursing degree, EMR proficiency, and valid BLS CPR
