Now, in our 25th year, we are expanding into a growth engine for our clients—powered by AI, integrated creative, and next-gen content strategy—and for the business itself, driving both revenue and enterprise value.The Driver / Warehouse Associate is primarily responsible for the safe, accurate, and timely transportation of ASTOUND equipment and materials using company vehicles, including box trucks and flatbeds. This role also supports warehouse operations to ensure efficient staging, loading, and return of assets for events, exhibits, and environments.Safely operate company box trucks and flatbed trucks for local and regional deliveries and pickups.Load, secure, transport, and unload equipment and materials in compliance with safety standards and DOT regulations.Confirm freight details prior to departure, including quantities, condition, and destination, to ensure accurate and complete deliveries.Verify accuracy of loads and delivery documentation.Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections and report mechanical or safety issues promptly.Follow assigned routes, delivery schedules, and job priorities.Assist with warehouse tasks including staging, pulling, packing, and returning materials.Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material-handling equipment as required.Maintain clean, organized, and safe warehouse and loading areas.Support load-ins, load-outs, and onsite logistics when required.Communicate clearly with Warehouse staff and Project Managers regarding delivery status and logistics needs.Proven ability to safely operate box trucks and flatbed trucks.Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.Commercial driving experience with box trucks or flatbeds.Experience loading, securing, and transporting freight.Warehouse or logistics experience in a production environment.Forklift or material-handling equipment experience (certification an asset).Insatiable Curiosity - We never stop learning, exploring, and taking risks to create breakthrough experiences.Constant Collaboration - We thrive on teamwork, leverage diverse perspectives, and support each other to deliver experiences greater than the sum of their parts.Our employees are entitled to a standard set of benefits, including health and dental insurance and 401(k) with company match.Excellent Medical InsuranceExcellent Dental InsuranceExcellent Vision InsurancePaid Time Off, Holiday Pay401K matching program after 90 days of employment100% Company Life and Long-Term Disability CoverageEmployee Referral ProgramDiversity Commitment:We are proud to be an equal opportunity employer, and we welcome talented individuals from all backgrounds to apply.
