All Star Physical Therapy is looking for a driven and compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our close-knit, outpatient orthopedic team. We pride ourselves on our family-like culture and loyal patient following, and we’re seeking someone who shares our strong work ethic and passion for excellent care.

This is a full-time, split position between our Fallbrook and Temecula Parkway locations.

Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant or ability to obtain licensure in the state of practice

Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program

Compensation: $35 - $38/hour + inclusive of productivity incentives, up to a $2500 sign on bonus. Benefits include generous paid time off, medical, dental, vision, disability, paid continued education, and 401(K) with a 4% employer match.
