As a member of the team, you will work in our Carmel, IN office with a seasoned team. Interim offers a benefit package and starting salary range of $65k to $75K plus the opportunity to earn a bonus quarterly.
As an Interim recruiter, you will be responsible for full-life cycle recruitment of healthcare professionals. Lead all aspects of the recruiting process: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process to meet organizational needs, collaborating closely with other departments.
Proactively sell and recruit healthcare professionals: Utilize multiple sources and strategies to actively engage and recruit healthcare professionals who are a strong fit for our organization.
Experience working within an ATS.
Experience utilizing social media platforms to build connections and strong candidate pipelines.
Bachelor's degree preferred: Although not mandatory, having a bachelor's degree is a plus.
Minimum of two (2) years of full-cycle recruiting experience: You should have at least two years of recruiting experience in full-cycle recruitment, either in an agency or corporate environment.
One year of high-volume healthcare-related recruitment experience: Experience in recruiting healthcare professionals, including RNs, LPN's, CNAs, Medical Assistants, and front-line support positions is a significant advantage.
