It owns roadmap development, business case prioritization, and strategic program execution while advancing AI enablement and data science capabilities to support smart manufacturing.This position reports to the Vice President, Global Operations and is part of the Global Operations, and will be an on-site role at one of the following locations: Drive end-to-end project execution for key operational priorities, including site-based initiatives such as Fargo and other critical business programs.Develop and manage the operational strategy roadmap, aligning cross-functional priorities with business objectives, growth plans, and enterprise goals.Lead integration planning and execution for major operational initiatives, ensuring seamless coordination across teams, processes, and systems.Prioritize and evaluate business cases to guide investment decisions, resource allocation, and strategic focus across the operations portfolio.Advance AI enablement and data science capabilities by identifying and scaling smart manufacturing opportunities that improve operational performance and accelerate innovation.Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, or a related field with 10+ years of progressive experience in strategy, operations, program management, or business transformation preferred; Proven success leading multiple cross-functional strategic initiatives or enterprise programs with measurable business impact in a manufacturing, life sciences, or similarly complex operating environment.Demonstrated experience developing and executing multi-year operational roadmaps, prioritizing business cases, and driving decisions tied to investment, capacity, or growth objectives.Experience leading integration planning, business continuity, and long-range capacity planning for large-scale operations or multi-site environments.Hands-on experience sponsoring or implementing AI, smart manufacturing, digital, or data science initiatives that improved operational performance, efficiency, or decision-making.Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills, with a track record of influencing senior leaders across functions and sites to deliver strategic outcomes.Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements:Ability to travel approximately 35% to support project dependent on location basedIt would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:Experience in regulated manufacturing environments such as life sciences, biotechnology, diagnostics, or pharmaceuticals.Experience leading digital transformation, smart manufacturing, or advanced analytics initiatives within operations.Experience supporting network optimization, new product introduction, or supply chain strategy in a multi-site environment.This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.We offer comprehensive package of benefits including paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance and 401(k) to eligible employees.The amount and availability of any bonus, commission, benefits, or any other form of compensation and benefits that are allocable to a particular employee remains in the Company's sole discretion unless and until paid and may be modified at the Company’s sole discretion, consistent with the law.#We partner with customers across the globe to help them solve their most complex challenges, architecting solutions that bring the power of science to life.
