LVN PRN Rehab Care

We are currently seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN). We need FT/PT/PRN!
Job Responsibilities and Duties:

Provide daily nursing care and support to residents, ensuring their comfort and well-being.
Assist residents with dining needs and monitor nutritional intake.
Respond promptly to call lights and resident requests.
Accurately chart and document resident care, observations, and changes in condition.
Engage and build meaningful relationships with residents through conversation and companionship.
Participate in team efforts to maintain a warm, family-like environment and high standards of care.
Promote a culture of communication, compassion, and continuous improvement within the facility.
Requirements:
Current and valid Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the state of practice.
Compassionate and empathetic attitude toward residents and families.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to documentation accuracy.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities and remain calm under pressure.
Experience in long-term care or rehabilitation settings preferred but not required.
