HX5 is currently seeking a Systems Engineer to join our team at Eglin AFB in Niceville, Florida.

Support systems engineering activities across all phases of the DoD acquisition lifecycle (Material Solutions Analysis through Operations & Support)
Support requirements development, analysis, traceability, and verification.
Conduct system design, integration, and technical analysis activities.
Develop and review technical documentation, including specifications, interface documents, and engineering reports.
Collaborate with program management, logistics, test, and cybersecurity teams to ensure integrated system performance.
Analyze system performance and recommend design or process improvements.
Support risk identification, analysis, and mitigation planning.
Undergraduate engineering degree from ABET-accredited institution.
Bachelor's degree and twenty (20) years of professional experience
This is a full-time position requiring 40 hours per week and offers a flexible work schedule Monday through Friday during core business hours.

Must be able to obtain and maintain a Top-Secret clearance by date of hire.
