Your Role and What You'll Bring to Our Team We are looking for experienced, ethical, and passionate professionals ready to join us as Mortgage Loan Officers/Originators (MLOs). Find genuine fulfillment in working with clients and helping them achieve their dreams of homeownership.

Possess the organizational skills to manage a successful pipeline and efficiently collect necessary documentation.

Are dedicated to providing superior customer service by engaging consumers, determining their needs, and thoughtfully offering the appropriate mortgage products.

Are proactively looking to build and expand a professional network to self-generate business and secure their long-term future.

The discipline to maintain all mortgage licenses by completing mandatory annual continuing education.

Current knowledge of regulatory, policy, and compliance issues relevant to the mortgage industry.

The ability and passion to maintain and grow a network of prospects, customers, Realtors, and referral partners.

Being bilingual is a valuable asset (A PLUS!)
