• # Nurse: Patient Ratios: Days 1:4-5, Nights 1:5-6.

- Holiday Requirements: Yes, rotation; Holidays are: Days: Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day,
Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years Day. Nights: Memorial Day Eve, July 3rd, Labor Day Eve,
Thanksgiving Eve, Christmas Eve, New Years Eve.

• Scrub Color/Dress Code/Scrubs Provided?: Any color, not children/cartoon type prints as we are an

adult unit.
