Inventory Specialist

We are excited to announce an opportunity for an Inventory Specialist to join our team. As an integral part of our operations, you'll play a crucial role in managing our inventory processes to ensure accuracy and efficiency. Inventory Management: Oversee the physical processing of all inventories, including receiving, stocking, transferring, organizing, counting, research and detailed discrepancy reporting.

Operational Efficiency: Retrieve necessary stock to expedite orders efficiently, addressing any issues promptly to minimize delays.

Quality Assurance: Investigate Block List & Hold List occurrences, collaborating with warehouse personnel to resolve issues promptly and maintain smooth operations.

Ensure accuracy in inventory counts through diligent digital and physical counting processes.

Discrepancy Resolution: Investigate and identify root causes of inventory discrepancies, implementing corrective measures to maintain inventory integrity.

Returned Merchandise Management: Inspect returned merchandise, facilitating appropriate processing and disposition.

Logistics Coordination: Facilitate outgoing freight shipments as necessary, ensuring timely processing and delivery.

Database Management: Update databases with incoming and outgoing product information across multiple warehouses to maintain accurate records.

Shipping and Receiving: 2+ years of inventory experience.

Intermediate computer proficiency.
Skilled in operating warehouse equipment like hand trucks, pallet jacks, etc.
Attentive to detail for detecting inventory discrepancies and defective products.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications.
